The beautiful king room was spacious, with a modern and large bathroom that felt luxurious. The friendly staff was helpful. I enjoyed the modern dining and breakfast area, with quality local products, made mornings good. The artwork in the hotel added a vibrant touch.
The parking situation was somewhat confusing, and I felt there could be clearer signage in the area.

It was a basic hotel used for a wekend trip. Met all our requirements. On airport bus route into town. 12minute walk to centre of town. No issues with personal safety.24 euro taxi to airport or 7 euro each on bus. Breakfast was continetal but plenty of it. 8/10 for value
Would have loved a pool due to the weather. We knew before we went there wasn't one so isn't a complaint

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, relatively near a fine arts museum. And walk from cafes and bars, it was a bonus.

Convenient for Bordeaux airport. Only 1.4 euros each on city bus from airport to stop approx 200 yards away from hotel. Bus runs every 10 mins.
Could have done with a chair to put clothes on

They didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There's a tram stop near the hotel. I think it's A. I need to be more specific. There's a bus stop near the airport 1+. The hotel has Russian-speaking staff, which is a big plus.
No minibar, it's a little uncomfortable... The hotel is a bit far from the centre, in my opinion. It's about 20 minutes fast. But it's quite achievable. Bordeaux is a confusing city in general. There were three of us, so it wasn't scary to walk at night, and if it was alone, I don't know. It's pretty deserted out there. The approach to the hotel is from a wide open street. There was a problem with the card when you paid. The hotel prefers cash, keep in mind! The card was quite working, but I couldn't pay with it.

The room decor impressed us with its modern style, but the lack of dining options hindered our experience.

Easy parking and a great location just on the edge of town, but only 10 minutes walk took you into the heart of Bordeaux. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. The receptionist was very helpful with directions on the best eating areas and the best historic sights. A nice room for a good rate. The windows also opened which gave some fresh air.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with modern touches. I particularly loved the vibrant artwork displayed throughout the premises.
The room was quite small and lacked sufficient storage, making it difficult to unpack comfortably.

Had a very good breakfast with short of bacon and fruits, as for instance. The staff was pretty friendly, offered us concierge service, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Location: the hotel was right by a restuarant, the waterfront and restaurants, and an easy 15 walk into the centre of Bordeaux. Bakery Paul located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
Facilities were very clean, yet Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Very good value for money, free parking and wi-fi.
Breakfast is a bit expensive.

We loved the vibrant artwork by local artists throughout the hotel.
The air conditioning was broken in all three of the rooms we were in. We were disappointed to find out that the cocktail bar closed at 10 PM, and we had hoped for more options after that hour. Our room was quite small and lacked adequate storage, difficult to fully unpack and settle in.

This hotel was such a letdown, with a confusing layout that kept me wandering around. The limited breakfast for 25€ was an absolute rip-off, not to mention the parking fees that felt unjustified. I expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences but got none. My goodness, what a missed opportunity to impress!

Comfortable 10 minute walk into the city centre and 24 hour reception. Good for what we paid for.
The receptionist with the mullet was very slow and let us sit and wait for 20 minutes while he chatted on the phone and to staff before he checked us in. Also, possibly the worst pillow I have ever slept on.
